Is there anywhere (documentation, in plugin code, etc.) to see what exactly the remote commands do? I’m curious about what osx_system_profiler, processes, disks, and os_detect do, for example.

Thanks in advance for any help,

I’ll second this…I"m trying to monitor some asterisk servers and need to know the best way. I tried entering my own commands to pull log files but they don’t seem to be showing up in gotomanage.

I found the commands in the .rb files under C:\Program Files\Citrix\GoToManage Crawler\Plugins\installed\com.paglo.remote_command\remote_commands. Do i have to make a .rb file in the same fashion if i want to upload log files to gotomanage? I have directed syslog traffic to the server the crawler runs on. Is there anything i need to do to make the crawler listen for them?
