can’t seem to find the instructions on how to hand off a session to another tech in your organization. Is this a possibility? We were told by Sales that this is a feature of GoToManage and is one desired by us.

We currently don’t support session transfer with GoToManage Remote Support however we agree it is an important feature and plan to deliver this functionality in the future.
