We are proud to deliver what many of you have been waiting for — integrated remote monitoring and remote support. It’s been a long time coming, and we are excited about GoToManage and GoToAssist Pro. Together, these services are perfect if you manage IT for a business or support clients through an IT consulting business.
Look for a longer post shortly that will cover some of the terrific new upgrades to the GoToManage service including an entirely new alerting engine with escalation and notification controls, expanded management of data collection and user permissions, simplified server monitoring, and a totally fresh new design. We will also be writing about GoToAssist Pro which allows you to go from viewing a machine in GoToManage to connecting to it in seconds. It has been designed for IT teams that need to support both end users and unattended computers and servers.
