The first thing you should know is that Paglo services will continue to operate with no planned service interruption for our customers. Also, rest assured that we will continue to provide the same high-quality capabilities that you have come to expect. But starting today, you will know us under a new service name – GoToManage™.

Today, we are joining forces with the company with the largest global market share in remote support. Citrix Online was first to market corporate Web-based remote support 10 years ago and continued to innovate last year with the addition of GoToAssist Express, a support solution for individual professionals and small businesses. According to leading analyst firm IDC, Citrix Online has 34.7 percent of the worldwide remote support market share.
By joining Citrix Online we can accelerate our ability to expand our service and integrate our monitoring capabilities with Citrix Online’s remote support services.
